Explore our public data with the ORCHESTRA Cohort Explorer
We have just released our new Cohort Explorer. This webtool lets you explore the data of the ORCHESTRA Public Use File. You can configure feasibility requests and view descriptive population characteristics. It is designed to accommodate both external researchers and individuals unfamiliar with the data structure. It enables real-time analysis of ORCHESTRA data without the need for a statistician or medical professional.
The Public Use File is an extract of the data in ORCHESTRA that is publicly available and committed to data privacy. It covers demographic information, comorbidities, acute phase symptoms, follow-up examinations, therapeutic interventions, and adverse events and includes data from the cohorts UNIVR (Italy), CovidFrance, UBA (Argentina), and SAS (Spain).
